T-shirt development

From a reference to a bulk-ready jersey program.

MuseArk supports custom T-shirt development for streetwear and menswear brands, from fabric and fit review through sampling, decoration, production checks and packing. Clear inputs at the start help keep the approved sample, artwork and final delivery aligned.

T-Shirt Fabrics & Weights

Jersey weight and cotton construction affect drape, opacity and the way a tee holds its shape. Existing references include 230 GSM cotton jersey, 260 GSM acid-wash cotton and 300 GSM double-yarn cotton for more substantial jersey programs.

Fits & Construction

Oversized, boxy and regular fits need pattern and sample review. Neck rib, sleeve proportion, hem, stitching and intended wash should be resolved together instead of treated as separate details.

Printing & Embroidery

Screen printing, embroidery, washes and other craft options are considered with fabric, artwork and placement. Our screen printing versus embroidery guide helps teams compare two common decoration routes.

Sampling & Development

Send a tech pack or reference images with fabric direction, artwork, size range, quantity and packing requirements. Those inputs guide fabric and trim review, sample development and the approval record for bulk.

Bulk Production

After sample approval, the program moves through fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, decoration or wash, finishing, QC and packing. The approved sample remains the reference for the production handoff.

Quality Control

Checks cover measurements, stitching, neck and hem construction, artwork placement, wash or finish, labels and packing readiness before shipment preparation.

Labels & Packaging

Woven, size and care labels, hangtags and garment bags can be prepared as part of the handoff. Placement, dimensions and packing order should be confirmed before bulk. See trims and packaging references.
