References, technical information, intended use, fit direction, artwork and packaging requirements are organized before sampling. The goal is a clear record of the garment details that need approval before bulk production.
Existing material categories include nylon shells, along with cotton, fleece and other apparel options. Fabric selection should be reviewed against the intended structure, finish and use of the jacket rather than selected from a generic specification.
Panel construction, pockets, zippers, drawcords, labels and hardware are reviewed with the sample. Clear placement and attachment details help translate a reference image into a repeatable outerwear build.
