What is your minimum order quantity?
Typical starting quantities are 50 pieces for straightforward cut-and-sew styles. Final MOQ depends on fabric, decoration, colour count, trims, and the production route.
Can I start without a tech pack?
Yes. Reference images, a target product, quantity, sizing direction, and intended decoration are enough for an initial review. We can help organize the information needed for sampling.
How much does sampling cost?
Sample costs are quoted after the product, pattern complexity, fabric, trims, decoration, and revision route are confirmed. They are not fixed because each development route is different.
How long does sampling take?
A straightforward sample commonly takes 7 to 14 days after materials and specifications are confirmed. Complex construction, custom fabrics, or special finishes may need more time.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production commonly takes 4 to 8 weeks after sample approval and material confirmation. The confirmed schedule depends on the product, order size, finishing, and packing requirements.
Can you source custom fabric?
Yes. We can review stock and custom-developed fabric options, including fibre composition, knit or weave, weight, handfeel, colour, and finishing direction. Availability is confirmed before sampling.
Can I customize GSM, color and fabric composition?
Yes. GSM, colour, composition, and finish are reviewed as part of fabric selection. Specification is available after fabric confirmation.
Do you support screen printing and embroidery?
Yes. Screen print, heat transfer, DTG, embroidery, and patches can be reviewed against the garment, artwork, and expected finish.
Do you support garment dye, pigment wash and enzyme wash?
These wash and finishing routes can be reviewed when they suit the fabric and garment construction. Final feasibility is confirmed during development.
Can you produce custom labels, hangtags and packaging?
Yes. Programs can include woven labels, care labels, hangtags, patches, drawcords, and branded packaging, subject to the confirmed product route.
How do you handle quality control?
Quality checks are aligned to the approved sample and confirmed specifications. Checks can cover measurements, construction, appearance, colour, decoration, trims, labelling, packing, and final shipment preparation.
Can I receive production photos and videos?
Production updates can include photos and videos when they are useful for review and approval during the project.
Do you ship worldwide?
Shipping can be arranged for international destinations once the delivery address, preferred method, timing, and customs requirements are confirmed.
What information is required for a quotation?
Share product references or a tech pack, quantities, sizing direction, fabric or finish requirements, decoration, packaging needs, target market, and delivery requirements.
