Hoodie development
We help streetwear and menswear brands turn hoodie references and specifications into development samples and bulk-ready production. The work starts with the fabric, fit, decoration and trim details that matter to the garment, then carries those decisions through approval, production checks and packing.

Oversized, boxy and regular proportions need to be resolved in the pattern rather than assumed from a reference image. Hood shape, rib at the cuff and hem, pocket style, zipper choice and panel construction are reviewed alongside the intended fit.

Share a tech pack or clear references with size range, target quantity, fabric direction, artwork and packaging requirements. We organize those inputs for fabric and trim review, pattern and sample development, then use the approved sample as the reference for bulk.
After sample approval, the agreed specifications move into fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, decoration or washing, finishing and packing. The sequence is managed around the approved construction and placement details, not a generic hoodie template.
Production checks focus on measurements, stitching, panel and pocket alignment, rib attachment, hood shape, print or embroidery placement, finishing and packing readiness. Final packing details such as size breakdown, carton information and shipping marks are confirmed before shipment preparation.
