Project confirmation
Pricing, material availability, specifications, sampling timelines, production lead times, quantities, delivery terms, payment terms, and cancellation terms require direct written confirmation. Website examples, timelines, minimums, and estimates are subject to change based on product complexity, materials, factory capacity, and order details.
Submitted materials and intellectual property
When you share artwork, logos, references, tech packs, trademarks, patterns, packaging, or other materials, you represent that you own them or have the rights needed to submit and use them for project evaluation and production discussions. Do not submit counterfeit, infringing, misleading, unsafe, or unlawful requests. We may decline projects that appear to involve infringement, counterfeiting, unsafe products, or unlawful activity.
Client product responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming that products, labels, claims, packaging, import requirements, and sale of goods comply with laws and standards in your target markets unless otherwise agreed in writing. Product specifications, quality standards, tolerances, inspection scope, and shipping responsibilities should be confirmed before sampling or production begins.
No online payment or automatic ordering
This website does not process online payments or create automatic orders. Any sample fees, deposits, production payments, refunds, cancellations, or delivery terms must be confirmed through separate written communication or agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, abuse the inquiry API, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, or interfere with site operation.
