Denim development capabilities.
Fabric, fit and finish work together. Each development route is reviewed against your references and confirmed through material and sample approval.

Review the base denim for structure, handfeel and the intended silhouette. Weight, fibre content and stretch are confirmed with the selected fabric.

Develop the wash with the base fabric and garment in mind. Vintage tones, stone-wash references, distressing and surface effects are reviewed for feasibility through sampling.

Bring the pattern, measurements and construction into one sample brief. Review the silhouette, pocket placement, panels and stitching before bulk approval.

Coordinate artwork and branded details with the garment. Print, embroidery, patches, labels and hardware are specified and reviewed for the chosen fabric and finish.

Explore the print-process archive Placement, before production
Panel shape, print position and colour need to work together. The existing archive brings the panel layouts and worktable views into one place for closer review.
View process photographsThe photographs below combine denim-specific material with clearly labelled general production references. They illustrate review points, rather than a documented sequence from a single denim order.

Denim process reference
Garment-shaped artwork arranged on the print bed for panel-layout review.

General production reference
Fabric rolls staged for production. The base denim is selected and confirmed for each project.

Denim measurement review
A denim garment checked with a ruler. This shows a measurement review, rather than a complete final inspection.

Denim development FAQ
A few practical answers to help you prepare a denim brief.
Ask about your projectYes. Share clear front, back and detail references or a tech pack. We use them to review the silhouette, construction and a sample-ready specification.
Share a wash reference and your base fabric direction. Feasibility, shade and surface effects are reviewed through sampling; the result depends on the denim and treatment.
Yes. Provide your measurement chart, sample size and preferred fit. Pattern and sample review help confirm the rise, leg shape, waistband and finished measurements.
Denim jackets and coordinated sets can be reviewed as part of a custom project. Confirm each garment’s construction, fabric and wash direction before sampling.
Send a tech pack or clear references, target quantity, size range, fabric preferences, wash direction and artwork. Include branding, destination and your intended delivery window.
Yes. Sampling and approval come before bulk production planning. Sample scope, cost and timing are confirmed after the project brief and material requirements are reviewed.
