Development and production
For activewear and matching sets, shared fabric, color, fit, artwork and trims need to be recorded across every piece in the capsule. MuseArk supports that development work from reference review and sampling through bulk production, QC and packing, using the approved details as the production handoff.
Existing activewear references include stretch, mesh, lightweight knits and training-oriented fabrics. Construction, waistband, drawcord, panel and stitching details should be reviewed alongside the intended fit and garment category.
Send references or a tech pack with the styles in the set, colorways, size range, fabric direction, artwork, target quantity and packing requirements. Shared details can then be reviewed together before sample approval.
After samples are approved, confirmed specifications move into material preparation, cutting, sewing, decoration where applicable, finishing, QC and packing. Coordinated pieces are managed against the same approved color, fit and trim direction.
Checks cover measurements, stitching, artwork placement, waistband and drawcord details, color consistency, finishing, labels and packing readiness before shipment preparation.
Labels, hangtags, garment bags and packing instructions can be included in the handoff. Confirm artwork, placement, dimensions and packing order before bulk. See trims and packaging references.
